Not even fresh country air and her very first encounter with a sea of pumpkins stopped my granddaughter Liza from accomplishing one of her main goals in life–snagging my reading glasses. As you can see in the photo above, whenever she latches onto a pair everything else fades into the background and she zooms in with laser intensity. Wouldn’t it be great if we could always remember to exercise that kind of focus to grow our businesses? When you consistently carve out time to focus only on marketing and take it one simple step at a time, you’re building a solid foundation to reach new customers.
I recently asked small business friends to identify what they consider to be some of their most pressing marketing and public relations challenges.
